Our regional networkRPRG conducts large-scale monitoring projects in Russia’s regions on a regular basis; it also does market research over large areas. As a result, its own regional network has formed. Unlike many research agencies which mainly use regional agencies as subcontractors, the RPRG network consists of the company’s own representatives who specialize in either marketing or monitoring projects. As a result of this systematic approach and several years of intense development, we have created an effective system for working with regions that enables us to launch projects and manage the working process efficiently, as well as carry out research using single methodology and complying with uniform quality standards. All regional representatives are experts in their local markets and have modern equipment and communication facilities. Every regional representative has an up-to-date database of proven and time-tested interviewers, a database of quality locations to conduct focus groups, a database of sales outlets and a database of HoReCa outlets in the regions. All of these are constantly updated. That allows us to conduct all kinds of fieldwork of various difficulty levels as quickly as possible in any part of the country the Client wants. Moreover, that reduces transaction costs, and, accordingly, the total budget of the research. All regional representatives have taken aptitude tests in different kinds of work, sometimes under rather difficult conditions. Thus, the existing regional network of the company is the result of several years’ natural selection of the best professionals in this sphere.
